Dear Steve:
Per our phone conversation, this letter will act as a request to again post-
pone the Planning Commission Public Hearing regarding this matter.
I have now been instructed by Mr. Decker to pr-oceed with the necessary documents
required for a second building on his site. This will likely include another
application for a easement vacation and new site plan rev1ew. With this in mind,
I would request that we conduct any public hearings in the month of December 2000,
thus requiring us to provide all necessary documentation at the deadline in late
November.
