SUBJECT: Transient Merchant License
REQUEST:
Transient merchant license for a one-day tool sale at Elk River Bowl.
. APPLICANT:
Robert Cummins of Tap Enterprises
BACKGROUND:
The request is for a one-day tool sale to take place at Elk River Bowl on
November 3. The police department is processing the background check on
this request. Approval should be contingent upon a successful background
check.
ACTION REQUESTED:
Council motion approving the transient merchant license for Robert
Cummins.
