Background/Discussion
Case No. CU 16-28
The applicant submitted updated building plans with significant changes to the building and field house
after the site plan review meeting. Due to the proposed changes, staff and the applicant agreed to delay
review by one month to ensure a complete evaluation had been completed prior to the Planning
Commission meeting.
The Planning Commission will review the updated application on November 22, 2016.

Statutory Review Period
Per State Statute §15.99 the required 60-day review was extended to January 24, 2017.
