On Thursday, November 17, 2016, Council met to discuss park maintenance worker Amy Borst’s
performance. Mayor Dietz will provide a summary per state statute.

Summarizing the Performance Evaluation of Amy Borst
Pursuant to the State's Open Meeting Law, Minn. Stat. §13D.05, subd. 3, the
Council conducted a closed special meeting on Thursday, November 17, 2016,
to evaluate the performance of Park Maintenance Worker Amy Borst.
Mayor Dietz and Councilmembers Olsen, Burandt, and Wagner were in
attendance.
The law requires that, at its next open meeting, Council shall summarize its
conclusions regarding the evaluation.
The City Council discussed Ms. Borst's performance and concluded that the
Separation Agreement approved under tonight's Consent Agenda is
appropriate.
