Staff Update
DISCUSSION:
• Had nine new services.
• Continue working on collecting data with the GPS for our ArcView maps as time
permits.
• Continue the tear down of the old infrastructure in the River Ranch development.
• We have all the wire installed on feeder 42 line extension. We have to finish making up
the switchgear cabinets.
• Installed the primary, transformer and street lights for Heritage Maples Senior Living
building located on the south side of HWY 10 west of Waco Street.
• Installed five new pedestals for the West Oaks 9th Addition; this was originally plotted
for townhomes and was changed to single family homes.
• Nystrom is building a new office on Quantrelle Avenue in Otsego. Michels Corporation
is installing the wire and we are setting the switchgear, box pads, transformers and street
lights.
• Started rebuilding Presidential Estates and will continue to work on this project until the
frost puts a stop to it. Next spring we plan to resume and complete the project.
• Began replacing some LED light fixtures on Jackson Avenue, School Street and Twin
Lakes Road.
• Put a new service in for the weigh station on Hwy 10 in the territory we recently acquired
from Connexus.
• Replaced a three phase transformer at Plaisted Companies Peat Plant as they had backed
into it with their pay loader.
