Traffic patterns have been changing in several areas due to development progress so I think it is a good time to look at changing yield signs to stop signs at the following locations: ~ East bound Hwy 10 service road at Edison Street ~ West bound 203rd Avenue at Smith Street ~ East bound 200th Avenue at Pascal Street ~ East bound 201 st Avenue at Pascal Street In addition, place stop signs at Vernon Street and 193rd Lane leaving Upland Street a through street. Recommendation: Chief Tom Zerwas, Administrator Pat Klaers, and I concur with the above sign changes. It is our recommendation that the stop signs be placed accordingly. . 13065 Orono Parkway. P.O.
