SUBJECT: Transient Merchant License
REQUEST:
Transient merchant license for retail sale of Florida citrus fruit.

APPLICANT:
Dennis Froehlich
BACKGROUND:
Mr. Froehlich is requesting to sell citrus fruit from the parking lot of
Menards. The request is to sell on the following dates: 11/25, 12/16, 1/13,
2/10, and 3/10. Mr. Froehlich has received a transient merchant license from
the City for the past two years to sell fruit at this same location. The Police
Department will conduct a background check on the applicant.
ACTION REQUESTED:
Council motion approving the transient merchant license for Dennis
Froehlich contingent upon a successful police background check.
