SUBJECT: Transient Merchant License for Antoine Frenier
REQUEST:

To sell Dish Network Satellite TV Programming mainly through
telemarketing, mailings, door-hangers, and some door-to-door contact.
APPLICANT:
Antoine Frenier working for Dish Network
BACKGROUND:
Most of the business will be done through telemarketing and mail, which
does not require a transient merchant license. But because some business
may be conducted by door-to-door sales, we are requiring that the applicant
be licensed.
The applicant has passed a police background check.
ACTION REQUESTED:
Council motion approving the request for a Transient Merchant License.
