REQUEST:
3.2% On sale beer license Transfer for Pizza Hut
. APPLICANT:
Sky Ventures, LLC dba Pizza Hut
BACKGROUND:
The City liquor ordinance allows transfers of beer and liquor license per
Council approval. The new owners have submitted the necessary licensing
material for this transfer.
ACTION REQUESTED:
Council approval of 3.2% on sale beer license transfer for Sky Ventures, LLC,
dba Pizza Hut, 260 Carson Avenue.
