I. Call Meeting to Order
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, the meeting of the Elk River City Council
was called to order at 5:31 p.m. by Mayor Dietz.
Mayor Dietz stated on the record that the meeting will be closed pursuant to MN
Statute Section 13D.05, subd. 3(a) and that the subject to be discussed is the work
performance of Amy Borst, Parks Maintenance Worker.
2. Closed Meeting — MN Statute Section 13D.05, subd. 3(a)
Council closed the meeting and completed an evaluation of Amy Borst, Parks
Maintenance Worker, work performance.
3. Adjournment
There being no farther business, Mayor Dietz adjourned the meeting of the Elk
River City Council at 6:01 p.m.
