Action Requested
Open the public hearing, take comments,and continue the public hearing until January 24,2017.
Background/Discussion
Staff is working with the applicant to obtain more detailed information about the proposal. The
information requested includes detailed plans showing driveway location and materials,concrete curb and
gutter locations, topography and drainage information, septic and well locations, and setbacks/
dimensions. Staff is also seeking clarification regarding whether or not someone will be living on the site
and if so,how all eight of the requirements in Sec. 30-1295 (d) (16) will be met.
Financial Impact
None
Statutory Review Period
Per State Statute 15.99 the required 60 day review period ends on January 28, 2017.The review period has
been extended to March 29,2017 in order to provide the time needed for review of the updated
information.
Council Meeting
This item will go to the January 17,2017,City Council meeting,and the requested action will be a
continuation to February 21,2017
