SUBJECT: Central Business District Update
Prior to the City Council meeting, the HRA will meet and the major agenda
topics for their meeting are the downtown master plan and downtown
sidewalks. This discussion is a continuation from the joint meeting of the
HRA and City Council held last month. Please refer to the material in your
HRA packet on this issue.

During the City Council meeting, staff and Council/HRA Members Motin and
Thompson will update the council on the HRA discussion on these topics.
