Action Requested
Designate, by motion, the use of the City of Elk River website, ElkRiverMN.gov as the location where
transportation project bids will be advertised.
Background/Discussion
The City of Elk River, in addition to providing advertisement in commonly circulated trade magazine
publications, advertised our transportation projects on our city website. State statute §331A.12 details the
need to annually make this designation.
