Action Requested
Appoint, by motion, two Councilmembers to serve on the Administrative Hearing Board with terms
beginning January 1, 2017, and expiring December 31, 2018.
Background/Discussion
Per city code, the Administrative Hearing Board is a three-member board consisting of two
Councilmembers and one Planning Commissioner. Jill Larson-Vito is the Planning Commission’s current
representative on the board.
Councilmembers Burandt and Wagner are the current representatives on the board with terms expiring
December 31, 2016.
