SUBJECT: Transfer of 3.2% on-sale beer license and cancellation of
wine license for Back to the Fifties Restaurant
3.5a. Transfer of Beer License
.
The Back to the Fifties Restaurant has changed owners. The new
owner, Jeff Kasa, is requesting to transfer the beer license. He has
submitted the proper application material.
ACTION REQUESTED:
Council motion approving transfer of 3.2 percent on-sale beer license
for Back to the Fifties.
3.5b. Cancellation of Wine License
The new owner of the Back to the Fifties Restaurant has indicated
that he will not be continuing to sell wine at the restaurant.
ACTION REQUESTED:
Council Motion acknowledging request to cancel on-sale wine
license at the Back to the Fifties Restaurant.
