Approve,by motion, a Temporary On-sale Liquor License to the Elk River Lions Club for the Shiver Elk
River event scheduled for Saturday, February 11, 2017,with the following condition:
■ Alcohol must be limited to an area enclosed by fence with secure, controlled access. Wrist-band
control is required.
Background/Discussion
The Elk River Lions Club has applied for a Temporary On-sale Liquor License in connection with the
Shiver Elk River event at Orono Park.
The Lions Club has submitted all the necessary application materials including a Certificate of Insurance
listing the city as an additional insured.
