Designate, by motion, the Elk River City Hall, 13065 Orono Parkway, Elk River, as the Economic
Development Authority’s meeting place for 2017.
Background/Discussion
The EDA bylaws require the annual designation of a place of meeting. Historically, the EDA has
designated its place of meeting at the Elk River City Council Chambers.
In order to provide for flexibility for closed meetings and workshops, the more general City Hall is
recommended to be named as the meeting place for 2017.
