Designate, by motion, the dates and time for 2017 regular Economic Development Authority meetings.
Background/Discussion
The EDA Bylaws suggest the designation of regular meeting dates during the Annual Meeting of the
EDA.
Current EDA Bylaws designate the third Monday of each month at 5:30 p.m. as the regular meeting date
and time. Any meeting falling on a holiday shall be held on the next business day at the same time and
location. Staff suggests no change.
The 2017 Board and Commission Meeting Calendar, including EDA meeting calendar, is attached.
Any deviation from the existing designation would require an amendment to the Bylaws.
