SUBJECT: Request for Transient Merchant
License Renewal
Mr. Dennis Froelich has submitted an application for renewal of a
transient merchant license. Mr. Froelich is requesting once again to
sell Florida oranges and grapefruit at Menards. The Company, Sun
Ripe Citrus, leases space from Menards for this event. They plan on
selling the fruit on February 6 and March 6.

The application is pending a routine investigation by the Police
Department. If the Council approves thi~ license renewal, it should
be contingent upon a successful background check.
ACTION REQUESTED
Council motion to approve the transient merchant license renewal
for Dennis Froelich contingent upon a successful background check.
