SUBJECT: Application for Therapeutic Massage
Establishment
.
Anne Wayman has submitted an application to operate a therapeutic
massage establishment. Ms. Wayman has recently opened the Avalon
salon located at 706 Main Street. Operation of a massage
establishment requires a conditional use permit. The conditional
use is on the Council agenda just prior to the request for a license
for a massage establishment. The license approval for the
therapeutic massage establishment will be based on the conditional
use being approved by the City Council.
ACTION REQUESTED:
Motion approving license for a therapeutic massage establishment
for Avalon, 706 Main Street, requested by Anne Wayman contingent
upon approval of the conditional use permit.
