Overview
The applicant requests a vacation of a the drainage and utility easements on
Leon LeFebvre Addition, Lot 1, Block 1 and Outlot B in order to establish the
required new drainage and utility easements as part of the Leon LeFebvre
Second Addition. Leon LeFebvre Second Addition identifies 10 foot drainage
and utility easements surrounding the property as required.

Recommendation
Staff recommends that the City Council approve the applica.nts request to
vacate the drainage and utility easements on Leon LeFebvre Addition, Lot 1,
Block 1 and Outlot B with the following condition:
1. THAT THE EASEMENT VACATION BE CONTINGENT ON THE PLATTING OF
LEON LEFEBVRE SECOND ADDITION WITH 10 FOOT DRAINAGE AND
UTILITY EASEMENTS ALONG THE PROPERTY LINES.
