Discuss City Council Worksession Agendas
Since the last discussion on City Council worksession agendas on January 3, 2005, an Executive
Session issue has arisen and a Council request has been received. Accordingly, the following draft
agenda for the February 14, 2005 worksession looks different than what was reviewed on 1-3-05.
5.1. Executive Session - Builders Association Lawsuit
5.2. Consider Tinklenberg Group Consulting Proposal for Highway 10
5.3. City Council Open Forum
5.4. Engineering Services
5.5. Zoning Ordinance Text - Government Offices and Buildings/Facilities Regulations
5.6. Discussion on Community Development Director Position
5.7. City Wellness Program
The tentative agenda for the March 14,2005 worksession looks like the following:
5.1. City Council Open Forum
5.2. Wastewater Treatment Plant
5.3. Discussion on Human Resources report functions in the city
5.4. Discussion on new Commercial Reserve Zoning District
5.5. Tree Ordinance
5.6. Natural Resource Inventory - Greenway Implementation
5.7. Discuss Bailey House Lease
Important items that need to get to the City Council and which may take a fair amount of discussion
include an update on the five-year Capital Improvement Program, another follow-up discussion on
development options east of County Road 40, and transportation priorities as a follow-up to the
November 2004 worksession. Some items on the tentative agenda for 3-14-05 may be delayed to a
later meeting if any of these three items are ready for a Council review/discussion.
