On January 25,2005, the Minnesota Pollution Control Agency Citizens' Board voted to adopt
the Scoping Decision Document for the proposed Elk River Landfill South MSW Development,
Environmental Impact Statement (EIS), city of Elk River, Sherburne County. We appreciate the
time and effort of those who submitted comments on the Scoping Decision Document. Your
input helped to clarify the final documents and will be helpful in moving forward with the EIS.
