Thank you, Mayor Klinzing, and the city council members for listening to our
presentation about the 2001 Arts Alliance and the ArtSoup, Elk River Area Community
Arts Festival last evening. We are excited about our mission of helping to establish an
arts center in our community. We are just as excited about the upcoming ArtSoup, Elk
River Area Arts Festival in June.
