SUBJECT: Transient Merchant Licenses for CW
Marketing
The City has received applications from CW Marketing for ten
transient merchant licenses. CW Marketing is a promotion firm that
sells coupon books. The books contain coupons for local businesses.
This promotion will consist of a coupon book for the businesses of
Dolphin Car Wash and LaRose's Pizza. The book is sold directly
through door-to-door sales in residential areas.

The police department has completed the required background
check on the ten individuals who have submitted an application.
All applicants have passed the background check.
ACTION REQUESTED
Motion approving the request for transient merchant license for the
