Proclaim February 13, 2017, as Mike Crepeau Day in the City of Elk River.
Background/Discussion
Firefighter Mike Crepeau served the Elk River Fire Department from September of 1989 to November
of 2016. The department appreciates his many years of dedicated service to the community.

WHEREAS: Mike Crepeau has retired from the Elk River Fire Department
after serving the community from 1989-2016; and
WHEREAS: Mike has earned the respect and friendship of his peers, co-
workers, and the Elk River community; and
WHEREAS: for his dedicated service, the City Council extends their sincere
appreciation to Mike and wish him a long, happy, and healthy retirement!
THEREFORE: I, John J. Dietz, Mayor of the City of Elk River, do hereby
proclaim FEBRUARY 13, 2017, as MIKE CREPEAU DAY, in
recognition and appreciation of the loyal and professional service provided by
Mike.
