Action Requested
Accept, by motion, the public improvements constructed as part of the development known as River
Park Third Addition.
Background/Discussion
The developer has completed the public improvements described in the development agreement for
River Park Third Addition. Public improvements include streets, sidewalks, and utilities. The
improvements have been inspected by city staff, and it has been determined that they meet the standards
described in city codes and policies.
Council acceptance of the public improvements begins the two-year warranty period described in the
development agreement. City staff recommend formal acceptance as of December 12, 2016, the date staff
received the request from the developer. The warranty period will expire on December 11, 2018.
