Designate, by motion, the Elk River City Hall (13065 Orono Parkway, Elk River) as the Housing and
Redevelopment Authority’s meeting place for 2017.
Background/Discussion
The HRA Bylaws require the designation of a place of meeting at the Annual Meeting of the HRA.
Historically, the HRA has designated its place of meeting at the Elk River City Council Chambers.
In order to provide for flexibility for closed meetings and workshops, the more general City Hall is
recommended to be named as the meeting place for 2017.
