Discussion of a Trails Master Plan
Background/Discussion
The City Council requested that the Parks and Recreation Commission work with staff to develop a
Trails Master plan. We will start this process with a trails planning presentation from Anoka County
Parks Park Planner Karen Balska. The Commission will then discuss the process to develop the trail
master plan.
