snapshot of the organization, providing a brief, but broad view of operations and strategic context. The following questions are designed to help establish a profile. Divided into four sections, the questions guide you through a process of describing both organizational characteristics and strategic situation. For each section, do your best to answer the questions without the aid of outside research (minor data retrieval is acceptable). Keep your response to one page maximum for each section.
