CITY OF ELK RIVER
A RESOLUTION ADOPTING A CIVIL RIGHTS POLICY
BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of Elk River does hereby adopt a Civil Rights
Policy prohibiting the use of excessive force by law enforcement agencies within its
jurisdiction against any individuals engaged in nonviolent civil rights demonstrations.
Adopted this 7th day ofF~bruary 2005.
