Staff is proposing the following two special meetings/worksessions of the City
Council/EDA/HRA:

. Monday, March 8,1999,4-6 p.m., meeting of the City
Council/EDA/HRA for the purpose of reviewing the Economic
Development Strategic Plan - to be facilitated by Jim Brimeyer
. Monday, March 22,1999,5-6 p.m., meeting of the City Council/HRA
to discuss the Central Business District Planning Study - to be
facilitated by Theresa Washburn, HRA Central Business District
Consultant
