I, Eric Johnson, Planning Commission Chair, hereby cancel the February 28, 2017
Regular Planning Commission meeting and call a workshop of the Elk River Planning
Commission on Tuesday, February 28, 2017, at 6:00 p.m., Elk River City Hall, 13065
Orono Parkway, Elk River, Minnesota.
The purpose of the meeting is to conduct a planning processes workshop and
discuss potential ordinance amendments.
In accordance with State Statute, l hereby request the city clerk to post this notice at least
three days prior to the scheduled meeting date. I further request the city clerk to notify each
member of the Planning Commission of the special meeting, in writing, at least one day
before the meetin .
