SUBJECT: Cancel March 22 Special Meeting with
HRA and Call Special Meeting for April
12, 1999
.
The March 22 special meeting with the HRA and City Council was scheduled
to discuss the Downtown Focus Study and Action Plan completed under the
direction ofHRA Consultant Theresa Washburn. Due to Ms. Washburn's
inability to attend the March 22 meeting, staff is proposing the special
meeting between the City Council and HRA be held on April 12, 1999, 5-6
p.m., in the Training Room at City Hall.
Recommendation
Staff recommends Council action to cancel the March 22, 1999, special meeting
with the HRA and to call a special meeting for April 12, 1999, 5-6 p.m., in the
Training Room at City Hall.
