Designate,by motion, the dates and time for 2017 regular Economic Development Authority City
Beautification Committee meetings.
Background/Discussion
The Beautification Committee meets once a month during the months of May through October. The
meetings are held at Elk River City Hall, 13065 Orono Parkway.
Applications are due at 4:30 p.m. on the first Monday of the month during the months of May through
October. Staff is proposing to meet on the second Monday of each month at 10:00 a.m. to review
applications and select a winner.
