SUBJECT: Application for Exemption from Lawful
Gambling P~rmit - Chamber of
Commerce - May 21
Please consider a request from the Elk River Chamber of Commerce
for an Exemption from Lawful Gambling Permit. The exemption will
allow the Chamber of Commerce to hold a raffle on May 21, 1999,
during the annual Golf Tournament. The raffle will be conducted at
the Elk River Country Club.

ACTION REQUESTED
Council motion to approve an Exemption Permit for the Elk River
Area Chamber of Commerce for a raffle to be held on May 21, 1999.
