SUBJECT: Application for Exemption from Lawful
Gambling Permit - Chamber of
Commerce - July 4
Please consider a request from the Elk River Chamber of Commerce
for an Exemption from Lawful Gambling Permit. The exemption will
allow the Chamber of Commerce to hold a raffle on July 4, 1999,
during the annual July 4 celebration. The raffle will be conducted at
Lake Orono.

ACTION REQUESTED
Council motion to approve an Exemption Permit for the Elk River
Area Chamber of Commerce for a raffle to be held on July 4, 1999.
