SUBJECT: 4/5/99 Special Meeting Agenda Amendment
A special meeting has been called for April 5, 1999, to hear annual report
presentations. On March 15, the City Council moved to continue the
request for preliminary and final plat for Art Peterson to April 5. The
council also moved to add an ordinance amendment relating to the
firearms ordinance to this special meeting on April 5.
.
In addition, the approval of hiring the Liquor Store Manager and the E.D.
Assistant has been requested for the April 5, 1999, agenda.
Action Reauested
Council motion to amend the April 5, Special City Council Meeting agenda
as follows:
1. Preliminary Plat (Star Light Estates) Art Peterson, Public Hearing
2. Final Plat (Star Light Estates) Art Peterson
3. Ordinance amendment to the firearms section of the City Code
4. Consider approval of hiring Liquor Store Manager candidate
5. Consider approval of hiring E.D. Assistant candidate
6. Annual Reports
a. Liquor Store Annual Report
b. Police Annual Report
c. Utilities Annual Report
d. Senior Citizen Annual Report
