Staff Update
DISCUSSION:
• Had six new services.
• Continue working on collecting data with the GPS for our ArcView maps as time
permits.
• Continue tree trimming.
• Continue rebuilding 165th Ave; this is in Area 2 that we acquired from Connexus.
• Started ordering material for Waco 2 Substation.
• Had a pre-construction meeting for Wildflower Meadows 6th Addition which consists of
24 residential lots in Otsego, and a pre-construction meeting for Miske Meadows
development which consists of 86 residential lots in Elk River.
• The City shop does D.O.T.'s for our trucks and trailers. They will be doing these during
February, March and April.
• Diversified did our annual inspections on the bucket and digger trucks. The inspections
include: Visual/Operational, Magnetic Particle, Dielectric, Load and Acoustic Emission
Testing.
• We interviewed two applicants for the Locator position on February 24. We extended an
offer to, which was accepted by Jon McLean. His first day will be March 13.
