I,Larry Toth, the Housing & Redevelopment Authority Chair,hereby request a special
meeting of the Housing and Redevelopment Authority on Tuesday, February 21,2017 at
5:00 p.m. for the following:
• "The HRA will be holding a closed meeting per MN Statute 13D.05., Subd. 3(c)(3)
(the"Act") to develop or consider offer or counteroffers for the purchase or sale of
real or personal property". The property being discussed is:
• 426 Main Street NW, Elk River
In accordance with State Statute, I hereby request the city clerk to post this notice at least
three days prior to the scheduled meeting date. I further request the city clerk to notify each
member of the Housing and Redevelopment Authority of the special meeting,in writing,at
least one day before the meeting.
