SUBJECT: 2005 Park Projects - Request for Proposals
Summary
The Parks Capital Improvement budget for 2005 is $ 646, 700 plus a 10 percent contingency.
As part of the approved 2005 Parks Capital Improvement Plan, staff is requesting
authorization to send out a request for proposal (RFP) for each of the following products
and services. All proposals are to include installation by the contractor.
Paving of tennis courts, trails and parking lots will be included in the 2005 street
improvement project bid package. Miscellaneous park amenities, such as benches and tables,
will purchased after receiving at least three quotes.
