Adopt, by motion, a resolution approving a premises permit for the Elk River Youth Hockey Association.
Background/Discussion
The Elk River Youth Hockey Association (ERYHA) had premises permits at McCoy's Pub and Time
Out Restaurant and Sports Bar. Time Out Restaurant and Sports Bar closed late last year voiding
ERYHA's premises permit at that location.
ERYHA has submitted a new request for a premise permit to conduct gambling at Sammy Perrella's,
19232 Evans Avenue.

A Resolution of the City Council of the City of Elk River Approving
Premises Permit
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Elk River allows gambling licenses to be
issued within the city.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Elk
River, Minnesota, as follows: the request by Elk River Youth Hockey Association for a
premises permit at Sammy Perrella's, 19232 Evans Street, is hereby approved.
