R.J. Ryan Construction, Request for Conditional Use Permit for
Maxsun Furniture Store, Public Hearing
This item was originally scheduled for consideration by the Planning Commission on January 25,
2005. The applicant, however, requested an extension to the February 23 meeting in order to
have additional time to work on the building design to meet the Elk River Crossing design
standards.
This item is being postponed to the March 21 City Council meeting.
