Discussion of request to hold event at Lion John Weicht Park.
Approval by motion to hold a collaborative church concert at Lion John Weicht Park band shell with the
following provisions:
• Bandshell Rental fee at$20.
• Damage deposit of$250.
• Group will pay cost of extra items such as portable toilets,trash pick-up as needed.
• Group will work with state health department regarding to following rules of serving concessions.
BACKGROUND/DISCUSSION
• A collaboration of local churches has requested the use of the Lion John Weicht Park Bandshell to
hold a community concert.
• The event is scheduled for Friday,June 16.
• The event will run from 3:00—9:00 p.m.
• The group is planning on selling concessions as part of a fundraiser.
