Request by Joel Larson for Land Use Amendment and
Rezoning
Reauest
Consider a request by Joel Larson for a land use amendment to include a 6.4 acre parcel in
the urban service area and a zone change from Ria (Single Family Residential) to R3
(Townhouse District). The applicant has requested that these items be tabled to the March
7th City Council meeting.
60 Day Rule
In order to comply with Minnesota Statute 15.99 (60 - Day Requirement), action must be
taken on this request by February 26, 2005. In order to accommodate his request to table his
applications to March 7t\ the applicant has agreed to extend the 60-day requirement another
60 days to April 27, 2005.
