Consider the changes made to the Economic Development Business Microloan Fund program, the Tax
Increment program,Tax Abatement program, and the Job Incentive Microloan program.
Background/Discussion
Staff,in conjunction with our attorney and financial advisor have reviewed and revised the EDA loan
programs and policies based on discussions over the past year.
The policies are ready for final review by the EDA Finance Committee and will be added to the EDA
agenda for final approval at their April 17,2017, meeting.
