Action Requested
Receive information regarding redevelopment opportunities along Proctor Avenue, and provide staff
with direction on how to proceed.
Background/Discussion
Staff will present information about long-term redevelopment opportunities in the block west of Proctor
Ave, south of the railroad, and east of the former Cretex plant.
Staff initiated discussions with area property owners and Sherburne County early last year and recent
applications and discussions have given a new perspective on the benefits a comprehensive review of this
area hold.
Staff will review previous discussions, comprehensive plan guidance, anticipated access changes, quiet
zone impacts, and current development plans.
