Background/Discussion Case Nos. CU 17-08, P 17-03, and ZC 17-03 Staff and the applicant are exploring alternative designs to the traffic patterns in the larger area to accommodate the county plans for a designated right turn lane for Highway 10 on Proctor Avenue, the quiet zone as it relates to the railroad crossing at Proctor, and to better position remaining property for commercial development. Statutory Review Period Per State Statute 15.99, the required 60-day review period was extended to June 27, 2017. Council Meeting If acted on by the Planning Commission on April 25, 2017, this item will go to the May 15, 2017, City Council meeting.
