Secretary/Senior Administrative Assistant Jennifer Johnson
I. Call Meeting to Order
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof,the meeting of the Elk River Economic
Development Authority was called to order at 5:30 p.m. by President Tveite.
2. Consider 03/20/2017 Agenda
Ms. Othoudt added item 6.3 Subordination of Security Interest Request for Patriot
Converting.
Moved by Commissioner Westgaard and seconded by Commissioner Olsen to
approve the March 20,2017, agenda with the addition of 6.3.
Motion carried 7-0.
3. Consider Consent Agenda
Ms. Othoudt request item 3.1 be modified to add the name Charlie Blesener under
"Members Present" and removing Commissioner Burandt,as well as noting
Commissioner Blesener was sworn into the authority before the January 17,2017,
meeting.
Moved by Commissioner Westgaard and seconded by Commissioner Wagner
to approve the following consent agenda:
3.1 January 17,2017,EDA minutes with the changes as noted above.
3.2 Check Register.
3.3 Balance Sheet.
3.4 Revenue/Expenditure Report.
Motion carried 7-0.

6.1 Marketing Report
Ms. Eddy presented the staff report.
6.2 Directors Report
Ms. Othoudt presented the staff report.
6.3 Subordination of Security Interest Request for Patriot Converting
Ms. Othoudt presented the staff report.
Moved by Commissioner Blesener and seconded by Commissioner

Westgaard to approve Resolution 17-02 approving subordination of security
interest for Patriot Converting, Inc., as outlined in the staff report.
Motion carried 7-0.
7.1 Announcements
There were no announcements.
8. Adjournment
There being no further business,Chair Tveite adjourned the meeting of the Elk
River Economic Development Authority at 5:51 p.m.
