VILLAGE OF ELK RIVER COUNCIL MEETING
February 22, 1890
Council met at 7:30 p.m. in the Recorders Office.
Present: Wm. E. Cory, K.H. Burrell, L.L. Baker
Mr. Cory President Pro Tem in chair.
Minutes of last meeting read and approved. The bills of A.N. Dare for $3.30 and Walter S. Booth
for $2.50 were presented and on order ordered drawn on Treasurer for the amounts.
Mr. L.O. Hare made application to have his (Ferry) license renewed, and on motion, it was renewed
for one year.
